Frequently Asked Questions

How does the entire design process work?
We will take all of the information that you supply us with and work with you closely to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for out of your site.

Do I need to supply any content?
We will take your basic information and use it to develop the content, but the more information you provide, the more personalized your site will be. For example, the addresses of sites that you like, a preferred color scheme, and your competitors’ sites will help us develop and customize your site for your specific style and marketing needs.

Will I be able to see my site and make changes before it is launched?
Yes. We will contact you when your site is complete and let you view it before we launch it. You will be able to request any changes you may want before it goes live.

What kind of support do I receive after my site is launched?
After launching your site, we offer web maintenance to ensure that everything continues to run properly. We also provide fast content updates in order to keep up with your business.

What will I pay for domain registration and hosting fees?
Nothing! Your registration and hosting is included in your low monthly fee.

Who will I be speaking with when I call?
Every member of our team is located in the U.S. and every step of the process is handled here. We do not outsource any of our work.

What are your areas of services?
We work with a wide range of clients across the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.

Using your web Email

How do I get my email?
There are two ways of getting your email. You can either get it online or setup an email program such as Outlook or the new Windows Live (replaces Outlook Express)

To get your email online:

  1. Enter your web address with “/webmail” at the end. It should look like “http://www.MyDomainName.com/webmail“.

  2. After entering your webmail address, you will be prompted to sign in. Enter your provided email address and password to login.

  3. After signing in, you will see several email program choices (Horde, Roundcube or SquirrelMail). Feel free to try each of them to find your preference. Each program has a different level of simplicity with more or less email features.

To get your mail with a desktop program:
When you access an email account through a desktop email application such as Outlook® Express®, the email application will require specific information about your email account. When you are logged into your email online, you can use the auto-configure options to attempt to automatically configure your email application. If the available options are not compatible with your application, you will need to use the Manual Settings information provided below.

Mail Server Username: your email address
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (server requires authentication)
