A Quick Guide to Understanding Your Online SEO Report...

Your online SEO report is available for you to view at any time
you want – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

This comprehensive report will be automatically updated each week so you will always have the most up-to-date information about how your website is performing in the leading search engines.

When you first access your report you will arrive at page showing you a brief overview of your site’s performance data (see screenshot above). The information shown in the top two boxes can be particularly useful in tracking your sites progress.

Visibility Statistics: shows you the total number of ranking positions your website is achieving for your selected keyphrases and what changes have occurred since the previous update.

Keyword Visibility Index: this easy-to-read graph details the ongoing ranking trends of your keyphrases. Underneath the graph you can also see your website’s search engine visibilty and percentage scores (this is also a good indication of your site’s growth within the selected search engines).

Other Useful Features...

Engine Report: clicking the 'Engine' tab at the top of the page brings up another good report. Here you can see where your keyphrases are ranking within the top 50 results of a particular search engine, Google UK for instance.

Keyword Report: clicking the 'Keyword' tab at the top of the page takes you to the keyword report. Here you can select a particular keyword and compare its current rankings against previous rankings in the search engine results pages.
