DoubleClick integrates mobile ads with networks

Google's DoubleClick has revealed that it has integrated its mobile ads with mobile ad networks.

It said that the move would allow mobile publishers to benefit from both direct and indirect revenue streams.

The service is called DoubleClick Mobile and will now be integrated with mobile ad networks including AdMob, AdSense for mobile, Millennial Media's premium MBrand network and its Decktrade performance network.

"This integration is a great example of how DoubleClick is working with key industry players to bring value to publishers by enhancing the liquidity of mobile display inventory," explained Ari Paparo, group product manager for DoubleClick products.

"We believe that the ability to sell mobile inventory directly and indirectly will provide mobile advertisers with more options, ultimately leading to better monetisation for publishers."

The move means that publishers who use DoubleClick Mobile will be able to sell mobile display inventory indirectly and have access to one or more networks of mobile advertisers.
