Weekly ranking chart for brands' online video
Internet marketing companies who want to know which brands are successfully using their online services can now look at findings on a new measuring tool.
Divinity Metrics, who helps advertisers put their videos on YouTube, MySpace and other sites, has launched the Brand20 Index which uses their tool Scope to rank clients' online marketing campaigns.
The tool indexes all the videos related to the brand's campaign, monitors videos across multiple platforms in realtime and analyses traffic, unified demographics and positioning information.
"Every week a bunch of our highly trained, excited, and motivated analysts will log into Scope to compile a list of how these twenty brands are fairing in the world of online video. This is a huge deal because a lot of people are moving away from watching TV and going online to watch video in all sorts of places. So, having an online video strategy when it comes to brand management and promotion is key," writes dM on their blog.
The latest results for the week beginning Sunday, February 24th and ending in Sunday, March 1st place BMW, Disney, Audi, Nike and Pepsi in the top five.
